Review: A Part of the Pack by Angel McGregor

5/5 Stars

I was pleasantly surprised with how good this book was. The attention to detail reminded me of some of my favorite authors. The extensive detail with the environment and the thoughts and actions she made; made it feel like I was there in her shoes. I also enjoyed the setting and being right there with her every step of the way as she dealt with her everyday problems while trying to conceal her other identity from society and her family. Just an excellent story all around and it had such a sweet ending.

Highly recommended to those who who like Werewolf stories. And especially those who have been looking for a female Werewolf story.

Big Changes Coming!

"Cha-cha-cha-cha-changes!" - David Bowie That's right, change is coming.  As most of you already know, my book series: The Archangel Series written by Tim Routledge is a self-published series. However, after October those books will be unpublished. I will then rename the series to The Archangel Chronicles by Timothy Lawrence and seek out an agent to help land a publisher.  It'll still be a eight book series, the stress of doing everything myself has been, well, stressful. Too much weight on my shoulders alone is something I can't handle anymore. So with the help of an agent and publisher, I hope to be able to reach a bigger audience and sell more copies of my books.  Thank you for reading and supporting me on my journey!  ~ Tim

Alternative Pen Names

Pen names and initials So I don't know if you've noticed or not, but a lot of authors use pen names or just have cool initials in their names. My name: Tim Routledge can be hard to pronounce. So I came up with some alternative names I could use. Let me know your thoughts in the comments. T.L. Routledge (First and second initial) Timothy Lawrence (Middle name for a last name) Timothy L. Routledge (Middle initial) Tim Lawrence (Shortened with middle name) Tim L. Routledge (Shortened with middle initial) Let me know which is your favorite in the comments! God bless, ~ Tim

Advice for First Time Authors

It's not easy. Get that thought of your head. Writing a book has several steps, several many forget about. These are things that I wish someone would have told me before going in head first. 1 - The Idea: So you have a great idea for a book? Write it down right away. Often times the best ideas are the ones we forget. So write it down somewhere, anywhere. On a gum wrapper, on your hand, a napkin, in your cell phone. Just write it down!  2 - Organizing: How long will the book be? What characters will you have in the book? It's smarter to do this before you start writing. I typically write all my notes before even starting the book. It's much more organized and everything is set up while you write the book.  3 - Starting: The first sentence is literally the hardest thing you'll ever write. From there on, it gets easier - trust me. But that first line, that's all you. Just remember, everyone struggles with the beginning.  4 - Writing: I don't know ...
